1. 3" burgers; 1/2 inch thick
2. 3" small rolls or brioche buns
3. tomato slices
4. lettuce slices
5. 1 jar Elki's SunDried Tomato & Bacon Cream Cheese Dip
6. sliced bacon
Grill burgers on grill for 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
Toast buns or rolls on grill for a few seconds.
Place burgers onto buns directly off grill, place a small (or large!) dollop of Elki's SunDried Tomato & Bacon Cream Cheese Dip on top of burger.
Top with your favorite fixings.
